Working with your mindset is one of the most powerful, impactful and life-changing things you can do. I applaud you for taking the step to grow and improve in that way.

Here's a practice to get you started.

Each day, reflect on all that you DO have, rather than focusing on what you don't.


Do you have a roof over your head? Food on your plate?

Clothes on your back? Air in your lungs?


Anytime you feel yourself going down the rabbit hole of listing what you don't have, I encourage you to remind yourself of these things. They are a gift, and if you have ALL 4, you are INCREDIBLY blessed.
